SLP. – Por medio de una orden de cateo, agentes de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) efectuaron la detenci\u00f3n de una mujer, por su probable participaci\u00f3n en los delitos de homicidio simple intencional, falso testimonio y desaparici\u00f3n de personas.<\/p>\n
Los hechos de los que se deriva este mandamiento judicial, ocurrieron el 25 de marzo de 2019 cuando fue reportado el hallazgo de un hombre sin vida, calcinado, dentro de la caja de una camioneta en la comunidad de Escalerillas, en San Luis Potos\u00ed.<\/p>\n
Tras varias diligencias se logr\u00f3 establecer la identidad de la v\u00edctima, trat\u00e1ndose de un joven de 22 a\u00f1os de edad, el cual contaba con una ficha de b\u00fasqueda.<\/p>\n
Con los datos de prueba obtenidos por los elementos investigadores, el agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico solicit\u00f3 al Juez de Control la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de Juana \u201cN\u201d.<\/p>\n
Despu\u00e9s de labores de investigaci\u00f3n, el personal de la PDI logr\u00f3 establecer la ubicaci\u00f3n de la se\u00f1alada, raz\u00f3n por la que se solicit\u00f3 la orden de cateo a un domicilio ubicado en la calle Fil\u00f3sofos en la colonia Himno Nacional, perteneciente a la ciudad Capital en donde lograron su captura.<\/p>\n
La imputada fue trasladada al centro de reinserci\u00f3n social de La Pila y se encuentra a espera que se defina su situaci\u00f3n legal durante la audiencia inicial correspondiente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
