{"id":49594,"date":"2024-03-22T18:47:38","date_gmt":"2024-03-22T23:47:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/noticias-sinlimites.com\/?p=49594"},"modified":"2025-01-14T13:48:25","modified_gmt":"2025-01-14T18:48:25","slug":"ricardo-gallardo-instruye-investigar-caso-de-maltrato-animal-en-la-capital","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/noticias-sinlimites.com\/?p=49594","title":{"rendered":"RICARDO GALLARDO INSTRUYE INVESTIGAR CASO DE MALTRATO ANIMAL EN LA CAPITAL\u00a0\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>En Mar\u00eda Cecilia un hombre habr\u00eda disparado contra un perro en situaci\u00f3n de calle, por lo que podr\u00eda recibir una pena de hasta cinco a\u00f1os de c\u00e1rcel<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Luego de la denuncia p\u00fablica que usuarios de Facebook hicieron sobre un caso de maltrato animal, en el que se presume un hombre dispar\u00f3 con arma de fuego a un perro en situaci\u00f3n de calle en la colonia Mar\u00eda Cecilia, en la capital potosina, el Gobernador de San Luis Potos\u00ed Ricardo Gallardo Cardona instruy\u00f3 que se investigue el hecho y se castigue a quien resulte responsable por este acto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De acuerdo con las y los colonos, los hechos ocurrieron el jueves durante la ma\u00f1ana en dicha colonia. Se presume que sin ninguna raz\u00f3n el hombre, se\u00f1alado por portar una arma, dispar\u00f3 al perrito que se encontraba afuera de una tienda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por lo anterior, el Gobernador afirm\u00f3 que ning\u00fan perro en San Luis Potos\u00ed ser\u00e1 maltratado, por lo que exhort\u00f3 a las autoridades a investigar el caso y aplicar la Ley para castigar a quien resulte culpable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cabe puntualizar que en 2022 la actual administraci\u00f3n estatal present\u00f3 una iniciativa para castigar con hasta cinco a\u00f1os de c\u00e1rcel por maltrato a los animales dom\u00e9sticos y silvestres, tras el caso del perrito llamado Negro en Villa Magna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dicha iniciativa fue votada y aprobada en el Congreso del Estado el 24 de febrero de ese a\u00f1o reformando as\u00ed las fracciones I a IV del art\u00edculo 317 del C\u00f3digo Penal de San Luis Potos\u00ed, por lo que el responsable de este nuevo caso en Mar\u00eda Cecilia podr\u00eda recibir esta pena.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta informaci\u00f3n es de
