emblem\u00e1tico y patrimonio cultural inmaterial de Soledad de Graciano S\u00e1nchez, fue protagonista en las Quintas Jornadas de Historia Econ\u00f3mica del Occidente de M\u00e9xico, donde se comparti\u00f3 su sabor y tradici\u00f3n ante m\u00e1s de 80 acad\u00e9micos de distintas partes del pa\u00eds; este distintivo gastron\u00f3mico soledense se present\u00f3 como s\u00edmbolo de la identidad y riqueza cultural del municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Ayuntamiento de Soledad de Graciano S\u00e1nchez, comprometido con la promoci\u00f3n de la cultura y el turismo local, respald\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n en este evento, reafirmando su labor de acercar a las y los visitantes a los valores, tradiciones y productos que distinguen al municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Felipe Cardenas Quibrera, director de Turismo y Cultura Municipal, se\u00f1al\u00f3: \u201cEl doctor David V\u00e1zquez Salguero, presidente del Colegio de San Luis, nos invit\u00f3 a una degustaci\u00f3n que nos permiti\u00f3 mostrar dos aspectos fundamentales: la enchilada potosina, cuya tradici\u00f3n respetamos con dignidad, y nuestros vi\u00f1edos, que han tenido un crecimiento destacado en Soledad, esta participaci\u00f3n refuerza nuestro compromiso de difundir el turismo y la cultura de nuestro municipio\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con este tipo de acciones, a trav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3n de Turismo y Cultura Municipal, el Gobierno de Soledad de Graciano S\u00e1nchez promueve sus tradiciones gastron\u00f3micas y
